Stunning spacious villa with ample parking.
10.0The villa was stunning. It was so spacious. Loved the huge vaulted ceiling in the living quarters. Very well equipped..but buy your own BBQ bricks and lighters if you’re going to use it. We did and it was worth the effort. The spacious outdoors offered plenty of places to lie in the sun, or on the patio area with more shade. The pool was clean and big. Bring your own pool towels as not included..or you can rent from the agents if you pay in advance. The grounds around the villa were stunning, with olive trees and fruit trees. The private drive very long..with ample parking for our hire car. You DO need a car here. But we would always anyway, so no issue. The agents were easy to contact and quick to respond.
− Just the mosquitos. Being so rural, we were eaten alive. So bring lots of protection.

Loved the villa and location, great holiday.
8.0The location is great, very private, located in the middle of Alcudia and Puerto Pollenca so you can access both easily but you do need a car, its too far to walk anywhere without one I would say and no local proper supermarket. Pool is very big, villa is clean and it is a lovely big villa for the price you pay.
− We were eaten alive by mosquito's so be warned and take protection! The mattress in the main bedroom is really hard and firm and very uncomfortable, the other beds were fine. You have to dispose of your own rubbish otherwise you will be fined and the bins are about a 15/20min walk away so you do really need a car for everything, to access a proper beach, the main supermarket (the little ones are expensive) and the centre of Alcudia or Puerto Pollenca but we didnt mind its worth it for the peace and quiet of the location and privacy and cars and really cheap to hire.
Wonderful relaxing stay in a fantastic villa
9.0Lovely villa. Excellent garden and pool. Nice private location. Bedrooms lovely and cool with the aircon. Don’t need it on 24hrs a day so the time restricted arrangement is absolutely fine. Kitchen facilities are fine and the proximity to Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca makes it easy to eat out at some amazing places
− Very minor thing, but would be good to have even just an electric fan in the main living area, but some way to cool it down would have made the villa perfect. There were a lot of biting insects outside in the evening.

The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines.
If you lose your keys or leave them inside the accommodations, you will be charged €50 during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Guests should collect new keys from our office.
On the day of check-out, guests should remove all trash from the property. Otherwise, a €150 charge will be applied for waste management.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send you an online check-in link so that all guests can register.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
