La villa estaba genial. Era muy espaciosa y el aire acondicionado funcionaba fenomenal, cosa que agradecimos en plena ola de calor.

− La urbanización en general es bastante antigua. El complejo estaba vacío de personal. La piscina no tenía sombra y el agua estaba muy caliente. En la casa echamos en falta básicos como aceite y sal o papel film.

Unacceptable lack of customer service / experience, uninterested staff, poorly kept ground and pool

Apartment was clean and relatively close to beaches.

− The collection of keys at the beginning of our stay was very poor and unprofessional. We were not greeted by a host as suggested, merely a sign on the door saying 'Please whatsapp this number' on doing so we were contacted by a nameless person demanding we pay 'tourist tax' before giving us the pin code for the keys. This was entirely unacceptable as we understood to have paid "all taxes" as per our booking receipt and were kept waiting in 35oC heat with our tired and hungry family. Eventually we were given the code to enter but still hassled to pay a £38.50 'tourist tax'. We spend upwards of 2 hrs trying to make an international payment using our banking app with no real indication of who were were paying. In addition to this - our villa overlooked a derelict property which had a sign advertising a 'sex shop' - highly inappropriate for a family holiday / villa location. The grounds were uncared for, with much of the grass dead. The Pitch and Put was unusable as no one was present to borrow putters from, the same goes for the table tennis. The pool was dirty with a lot of mess at the bottom. The local area had many closed up shops and restaurants and generally felt in decline. The local municipal authority are doing a poor job of weed and rubbish clearing.

La villetta era molto grande e ben curata con due servizi completi (no bidet) e un bagno al piano terra (wc e lavandino). L'aria condizionata era presente nell'ampio soggiorno ed in una delle camere mentre il resto delle camere avevano delle valide pale motorizzate. Molto vicina ai servizi essenziali e ad una distanza comoda da Ciutadella. Check in e check out facili e veloci.

− Mancanza di alcuni prodotti per la cucina e di un parcheggio privato. Ci sono parcheggi nelle strade intorno al residence ma abbastanza affollati. Però nel complesso trovavamo sempre un posto ad una distanza massima di 5/10 minuti a piedi.

The house Is spacious and beds are comfortable

− the electricity was not capable enough to keep air conditioning and and it was terribly hot. two rooms do not have A/C and they are pushy bombarding of messages but on the opposite when you need assistance they do not respond. there are strange rules like check out at 10 in the morning. they did not leave any water in the fridge and WiFi was working on and off

El punto donde estaba

− Pues la piscina el agua caliente y el borde todo verde d no fregar y limpiar. Los cojines de la cama fatal, horribles, te dejan lo gusto de material para 5 personas. No hay lavadora y nos dejaron 5 toallas de ducha imaginate q las tube q lavar a mano, ponte en situación 5 personas a minimo 2 duchas al día. Otra cosa jo solía levantar-me a ls 7 de la mañana para asear la casa antes d irnos a la playa, y hay un señor regando el cespe, un maleducado para mi gusto, xo con la ventana abierta me be, y se pone delante casi mia a regar el cespe, tenia mis toallas d playa tendidas, me las mojo todas, y encima la ventana d la cocina abierta y jo fregando la cocina, pues todo mojado, tuve q cerrar corriendo, pero al día siguiente lo mismo. Ni me avisa tube q salir corriendo a recoger las toallas y cerrar la ventana

Position tranquille et assez idéale pour faire des visites

− Extérieur pas soigné, ce qui donne parfois un sentiment d’abandon. Réception inexistante. Ne vous attendez pas à avoir des réponses à vos questions s et/ou un service sur place. Écoulement vétuste. Les sorties d’eau de la cuisine donne sur la partie arrière de l’appartement, là où vous étendez votre linge. Pas de volet partout. Notamment sur la chambre principale. Très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, vraiment le strict nécessaire. Plombs qui sautent fréquemment. Notamment quand vous utilisez le sèche cheveux et aucune réponse de l’hébergeur en cas de soucis. Climatiseur dans une seule chambre sur 4, ce qui est vraiment problématique car il faisait plus de 30 degrés dans certaines chambres. Cafards dans la cuisine! Problème de connexion de tv qui bug très souvent. Pas de parking dédié. Personnes venant de l'extérieur pour profiter de la piscine, et après les heures d'ouverture! Ce qui crée des nuisances sonores et de nettoyage car nous avons retrouvé des capsules de bières dans la piscine. En résumé nous ne recommandons pas forcément cet établissement.
