10.0Nuestra estancia en LuxuryVilla no fue solo un alojamiento, fue una experiencia sensorial completa. Ubicada en una de las zonas más nobles y tranquilas del Puerto de la Cruz, esta villa redefine lo que significa el "lujo con alma" en las Islas Canarias.El trato con ellos es inmejorable, te resuelven y aconsejan muy bien.Solo puedo decir maravillas de este sitio espectacular.Eperamos volver pronto.

9.0Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit, und trotz unserer verspäteten Landung hat die Übergabe mit dem Leihauto klasse funktioniert direkt vor dem Flughafen Ausgang war die Übergabe. Besser geht's nicht! Auch die Schlüsselübergabe in der Wohnung war ohne Probleme schnell erledigt trotz unserer Verspätung. Gastgeber hat immer sofort geantwortet. Vielen Dank dafür! Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Küche hat alles was man braucht. Sehr sauberer Kühlschrank. Schöner Pool, und gemütliche Liegen. Hier und da klar ein paar Dinge die man noch optimierten könnte (siehe was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen...) . Sehr ruhige Lage kein Verkehr hörbar. Zu Fuß in die Stadt braucht man 45 min. Direkte Anbindung an die Autobahn und doch völlig ruhig. Uneinsehbares Grundstück. Lidl fußläufig 10 min entfernt. Autovermietung über den Gastgeber kann ich nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles!
− Moskitonetz fehlt an einem Schlaffenster, allerdings sind kaum Mücken da gewesen. Ein Schlafzimmer ist einem recht lauten brummen ausgeliefert. Das kommt wohl von der Wasser Aufbereitungsanlage oder ähnliches. Wenn das nachts ausschaltbar wäre, wäre das schön. Wir haben allerdings nicht nachgefragt, vielleicht wäre das möglich gewesen.

9.0Loved the villa, ideal location in a quiet residential area, was clean and comfy and had everything you needed, like a home from home. The girls particularly loved the swimming pool. Any questions we had were answered promptly by Thomas.
