7.0Location and size were good. The view was also great. Photos shown were probably not recently shot.
− Beautiful decor, but very cold and a little shoddy. A bathroom door didn’t close or lock because it was broken. The same bathroom light didn’t work. Light fittings had globes hanging from the ceiling. Some globes didn’t work at all. Property needs maintenance.
It was a great stay, that could have been made better with attention to some NB issues.
8.0The house and location are both beautiful and perfect for a large group. The kitchen is great, open plan, the fire place was very welcome in winter, there are 2 en suite bathrooms in addition to a third bathroom upstairs. Heated blanket was great, the house has beautiful decor and accommodates 10 people very easily. The helper who came in in the morning was friendly and very good! The view is spectacular. There are balconies from every room. There are dressing tables with mirrors in the rooms - thank you! We were short on a few things, like towels, and were accommodated first thing the next morning. Winter is COLD here, the fire needs to be on all the time, bring LOTS of wood.
− Door handles broken, short on towels which could also do with a bit of upgrading, short on toilet paper, 1 ply toilet paper, lights in 1 bathroom don’t work at all, no working corkscrew in kitchen.
Beautiful spacious 4 bedroom house with gorgeous view of dam and mountain
7.0Beautiful house with gorgeous views - very spacious , and kitchen is a delight. Felt safe as in a gated community. Fireplace had wood for use - yay! Baboons are rampant - nice to see in the surroundings - but do place your garbage in generator room and keep windows closed. Owner easy to communicate with and very obliging.
− Water drainage from bath and one bedroom's 2 basins emptied too slowly- appears may be blockage. 2 of the electric blankets do not work - thank goodness for the thick blankets. Owner did confirm maintenance was planned in and around house from this week - good communication with owner - thank you!

10.0Everything about the property was excellent. We would love to come back again. The host was welcoming, the place was super clean
− On arrival we did not have hot but it was fixed within an hour
The house was beautiful, but the host didn't make the effort to make our stay easy and comfortable
3.0− Checking in was a problem, we had to wait for the owner and caretaker for almost an hour, access codes were not provided
