7.0La maison est située dans un quartier calme et à proximité immédiate de la plage. La maison était propre.
− L agence de location en revanche n a pas été aimable s agissant de la remise de clés, ni de la fourniture de draps manquants (à notre arrivée nous ne disposions de draps que pour 2 lits alors que la maison comporte 3 chambres et que l agence connait parfaitement la composition de la famille qui va occuper les lieux ... nous aurions dû, selon elle, préciser combien nous voulions de draps ... nous avons dû aller nous même chercher le linge manquant le lendemain ). La cuisine est très mal équipée ( pas de bouilloire, pas de grille pain, pas de tire bouchon malgré la présence d une dizaine de verres à pieds, pas de balai ... )

4.0− L'aria condizionata non andava bene, si bloccava e non mandava aria fredda ,dopo 2 giorni sono venuti ed hanno aggiunto gas, poi funzionava. C'era una porta che non si chiudeva. Una doccia con le porte che non si chiudevano, un armadio con le ante fuori binario, non scorreva, ecc
