Die Lage und damit der Blick sind der Knaller.
10.0Für den Blick vor dem Haus auf die Bucht muss man 20 Sterne geben. Die Lage des Hauses - wenn man mal angekommen ist - ist genial! Wir haben dort JEDEN Abend den Sonnenuntergang beobachtet. Viktor, der Housekeeper, ist super hilfsbereit!
− Die Zufahrt ist ein kleines Abenteuer - unterstreicht aber den Countryhouse-Charakter. Es sind halt eben keine Betonpisten, sondern sehr ländliche Ziwege.
Cosy home with a sea view
10.0We really liked the location of the house, you can see the sunset from the terrace, the house is cosy, very well equipped. One can easily feel like at home here. The closest beach is 4 minutes away by car from the location. The landlord is very helpful, we have got an instruction full of useful informations.
− There is no such. Suggestion: A suv car with automatic gearbox can be useful (in the whole island as well).

10.0The view and the whole spot is absolutely fantastic. The AC is working fine, there are also ventilators in the bed rooms. There is a little shower outside.

There are three mandatory rules in the house guests should abide by:
1) in accordance with the local laws, guests must recycle the waste and separate paper, glass, plastic and food waste. Specific bins and bags are provided. Waste not recycled properly is not collected by the waste company.
2) Do no throw toilet paper or anything else in the toilet as it can damage the sewage drain and cause significant damage.
3) as the house is surrounded by vegetation, due attention/vigilance should be given when using the external barbecue. Please ensure these rules are visible to guest interested in booking. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
