1.0− The host was exceptionally rude. We were promted to check in at 1600, even though booking showed 1500. We arrived at 1515 and was told "if I say 1600, I mean 1600". For a big house like that and in the heat of summer, there were no fans or AC's. When I asked about the same my query was brushed off and met with a "you are only staying 2 days,it won't be that bad". It was very uncomfortable to sleep in the heat. Furthermore, we were supposed to check out at 10am. When we came down from upstairs at 0930, the cleaner let themselves in prior to the check-out time and without our knowledge. About R900 went missing from a purse we left downstairs, thinking our valuables were safe and nobody would enter the house. The host showed little to no remorse. I would never even consider using this property again. If you value customer service and boundaries, this is not the place to go! Avoid at all cost!
