Leider eine große Enttäuschung - und das bei dem Preis!
5.0Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Bucht von Neu Epidaurus. Die unmittelbar vor dem Haus liegende Durchgangsstraße stört nur wenig. Der Pool war bei unserer Ankunft makellos sauber. In den folgenden Tagen wurden durch Wind und das staubige, wenig gepflegte Grundstück einiges an Partikeln in den Pool geweht, was aber den Badespaß nicht getrübt hat. Unsere Beschwerden bei der Ankunft wegen eines nichtbezogenen Bettes und einer leckenden Toilettenspülung wurden von der Besitzerin nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen innerhalb eines halben Tages erledigt.
− Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend renoviert werden. Das Mobiliar ist alt, einiges funktioniert nicht (Mückenschutzgitter). Die Wände sind fleckig und vielfach ausgebessert bzw. verschmutzt, eine Renovierung hat seit vielen Jahren/ Jahrzehnten nicht stattgefunden. Die beiden Badezimmer sind sehr klein und einfach ausgestattet. Die Bezüge der Liegen am Swimmingpool sind fleckig. Insgesamt entspricht das Haus in seiner Ausstattung keinesfalls heutigen Anforderungen beziehungsweise dem sehr hohen Preis.

− Very dirty.. The spider webs were everywhere.. the couch had hair all over..
At over €4k/week I have stayed in better equipped and laid out villas.
7.0Breathtaking views from the pool area. air conditioning in each room. Spacious outdoor area including balconies to each bedroom. Large living area and a nice dining terrace too.
− Price was high, pool was on the small side, kitchen has no dishwasher, no en-suite bathrooms instead bathrooms on each level (no bathtub). Main bedroom was small. Villa could have been better as a spacious 2-bed with en-suite bathrooms. Although the property has a stunning view, it is close to a noisy road which the cicadas help mask!
