8.0The villas was very nice the view is amazing. Pool also very nice. location also good. Parking plenty. Also really nice to spend the day at the hotel and use their facilities.
− Some things were slightly tired in the villa. Downstairs room was a bit smelly/damp so we decided to let the teenagers sleep down there! New bathroom ensuite was lovely, middle bathroom seems to have a leak into the bottom shower room which did cause a flood into the hall causing someone to have a fall. some of the outside bulbs had gone, and the firestick didnt work on TV, a few hornets kept coming into the house but after i told the reception they seemed to send someone to deal with that. Coffee machine leaks too.
Very happy stay in a lovely villa conveniently located a short drive / but walkable form San Stéfano

− the yard was not properly maintained, litter, patio not washed etc. 4th bedroom is separate, with access from the pool, with some odor of mold. kitchen not supplied with any basic ingredients like salt, oil etc...
