Villa Coloma was perfect for our holiday to Majorca. It is located 10 minutes drive away from Puerto Pollensa, Alcúdia and Pollensa. Villa Coloma is set in a quiet cul-de-sac which a car is needed to get to. Villa Coloma is perfect for families as it’s fully equipped with high chairs, travel cots and children’s cutlery. I have never seen a kitchen as fully stocked as this one. The garden and entire exterior part of the villa is stunning and very relaxing with plenty of sunbeds and seating areas. The property was very clean throughout and provided plenty of towels for showering and pool use. The pool is a great size and deep and is exposed to sun all day although it’s a little on the colder side. I would fully recommend visiting and we would love to return.

The property was clean and spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. It was beautifully decorated and had a traditional, homely feel to it while having all the facilities of a modern villa which was a great mix. We loved having our breakfast in the balcony which had stunning views of the mountains. The pool was fantastic and a really generous size and the outdoor space was extremely clean and well kept. When we messaged to say there weren’t enough table tennis bats and balls that were usable the response was really fast and new ones were brought to us which we then enjoyed throughout our stay. Having a large Lidl and Eroski supermarket just a short drive away was really helpful too, and we loved how easy it was to get to Port de Pollenca and Pollenca old town in just a few minutes drive, where there are many lovely places to eat out.

− Unfortunately we were quite bothered by mosquitos - this of course isn’t anyone’s fault, but it did affect our enjoyment of the outdoor space quite a bit as we ended up retreating inside when we would have liked to have sat outside for longer.

Excellent, well appointed villa with a lovely pool, gets the sun all day with great outdoor space.

As described, excellent pool and outside area. Gardens very well maintained. Lots of indoor space, kitchen was excellent, very well stocked with everything you need eg multiple plates and glasses, dishwasher tablets etc. Bedrooms are good, bathrooms too. One is assessed via an external staircase. Easy access to local towns and supermarkets. Great comms from Owl.

− Nothing really, air con in the living room would be great, but it worked perfectly in the bedrooms.

it was reasonably adequate and Owl did their best to make everything right.

− It was in need of attention. The facilities were not up to the description. We booked it because it was described as having air conditioning but it was only on for two hours during the day. Quite a few problems such as air con not working in one of the bedrooms. Door handles not working, broken blinds, fan over the covered poolside not working, dodgy front door lock and no a/c in the kitchen or lounge
