8.0We recently stayed at this property and overall had a pleasant experience, but there were a few things worth noting. The place itself is beautiful, with a relaxing and clean pool that we really enjoyed. The surrounding environment is peaceful and the setting is ideal for a quiet getaway. The owner is friendly and helpful, always willing to assist when needed. All in all, the place has great potential and we appreciated the natural beauty and kind hospitality — with a bit more attention to cleanliness and clarity on privacy and check-out policies, it could offer a truly top-tier experience.
− we were a bit surprised to find that the house is not entirely private, as it shares the same space with the owner's residence. This made the sense of privacy somewhat awkward, especially since we had expected a more secluded stay. Inside the accommodation, the utensils were not very clean, and the air fryer clearly needed immediate attention before it could be used. Additionally, staying in the loft was a bit uncomfortable at times due to the noisy wooden floors. Another point to mention is the checkout process. While the official checkout time was listed as between 08:00 and 11:00, we were told to leave by 10:00, which felt a bit rushed.

We definatelly recommend the stay at Villa Estella
10.0We spent nice week in Stella's villa. Stella suprised us with welcome gift (fruits, bread, wine, cheese, ham, some sweets etc.) as well as with the Greek desert during our stay and goodbye gift:). The outside sitting area and the swimming pool were great for family of 4. The house is equipped with all you need, including washing machine, shampoo, shower gel, tea, coffee (three types).
− I was too warm upstairs, but it might be that we used AC not in the most effective way.
Best place to stay on Sithonia
10.0Everything was absolutely perfect. Stela, the host was the most welcoming ever making our stay one of if not the best ever, catering to our every need. Even baked us a cake. The place was immaculate in every way. Thank you and keep up the good work 🙏🏻
