L'espace extérieur est magnifique, le jardin, la piscine, la vue, le jacuzzi qui fonctionnait bien (contrairement aux avis des précédents occupants qui ont eu des soucis avec le jacuzzi). La société italienne qui gère l'établissement. Merci à eux pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité chaque fois que je les ai sollicité pour un problème. Un grand merci à Francesca, Letizia, Marco, Daniele et les autres.

− J'ai réservé cette maison car nous étions 9 personnes et que nous voulions absolument 4 salles de bains, ce qui était noté dans le descriptif Booking hors il y a 3 salles de bains et 3 wc !!! donc publicité mensongère !!!! 4 chambres sont climatisées, la 5ème a juste un ventilateur et son accès est difficile, cette chambre est en mezzanine et l'escalier est raide donc à éviter pour des personnes qui ont un certain âge ou des problèmes de jambe. Ceci n'était pas précisé sur l'annonce. La vaisselle est ébréchée et dépareillée, uniquement 6 petites cuillères, poignée de poêle qui ne tient pas ... Le lave-vaisselle lave très mal. Le réfrigérateur est ancien et fonctionne mal... Chasse d'eau du wc qui coule. En allumant le four, cela a fait disjoncter le courant de la maison, le compteur était fermé à clé et la clé avait été perdue, nous avons dû aller voir le voisin afin qu'il vienne forcer la porte du compteur pour nous permettre de remettre l'électricité. J'avais lu les commentaires datant de Septembre 2024 où certains des problèmes que j'ai évoqués étaient signalés par les occupants mais je pensais qu'en 1 an le propriétaire aurait fait le nécessaire et bien en fait pas du tout rien n'était changé depuis l'année dernière.... Etant donné le prix demandé, c'est honteux de louer une maison avec autant de problèmes.

Der Pool und die Aussicht vom Haus in die Landschaft.

− In der Küche hat es sehr übel gerochen. Auch der Kauf von Lavendellampen und Stäbchen hat es kaum überdecken können. Im Schrank stand schmutziges Geschirr, welches an fast jeder Ecke angeschlagen war. Die Geschirrspülmaschine hat nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Das Licht im Kühlschrank hat nicht funktioniert und an den Gummirändern unten war Schimmel. Zwei Tage mussten wir mit dem Vermieter darüber diskutieren. Das WLAN war überhaupt nicht existent - außer man saß direkt neben dem Router.

The property’s outdoor area was perfect for summer vacation but the house certainly has a few issues with the plumbing.

The outdoor area was perfectly kept - pool was fantastic and the bbq was a hit! The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

− It’s about 20 minutes drive from Greve and 15 from Grassina. The pipes make noises through the night which was a nuisance. The mosquito net upstairs had a gap in them.

Really liked the man who greeted us, he was very helpful and guided us to some great restaurants. He recommended a restaurant in the country that took some time to get to but was a highlight of our trip. The property is pretty. Very nice views from the back yard. The house was big enough for our party of 7.

− We were very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not available. Website said hot tub was available all year but there was no water in it. It was warm during the day when we were visiting and would have loved to be able to utilize the pool or hot tub, but both were covered and not open. We also were cold at times in the house as the heat in the radiators did not seem to turn on and the common rooms were very cold. We could not figure out how to keep the radiator heat on. Sleeping rooms had their own heaters which were fine, but it was cold everywhere else in the house. None of the heat was turned on before we got there, and it did take a minute for the bedrooms to heat, and the rest of the house never got really warm. I see after the fact that there was a daily extra fee for heating system which somehow, we missed and wasn't mentioned so possibly the heat wasn't available. There was construction going on at the house adjoining our property and the construction debris piled up was a mess and there was a bit of noise but did not really bother us as we left to tour during the day. The amenities were very basic compared to the other properties we stayed at in Italy on our trip. We were advised there was internet but unless you were sitting at the dining room table you could not access the internet. This was very difficult for some in our party.

Great house, piano in living room and garden is whit wonderful view
