10.0Esordisco dicendo GRAZIE!! Grazie Sig.ra Anna per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità. Cercavamo delle giornate di pura tranquillità e la Villa non solo ha offerto tutto questo, in quanto immersa nel verde, ma anche un panorama mozzafiato in quanto posizionata nei piani attici di un Trevignano Romano a dir poco stupendo. Che dire della Villa, accogliente, pulita ed elegante nei suoi particolari, esperienza più che positiva sicuramente da replicare.

− Pobyt był fatalny. W dniu przyjazdu poinformowano nas o tym, że jest problem z wodą, że nie ma wody. Na stronie willi nie ma nic napisane, że mają problem z wodą. Dom był brudny strasznie, w całym domu śmierdzi kanalizacją i wilgocią. W dniu przyjazdu woda lała się z sufitu. Pod materacem papierosy zostawione. Awantury właściciela z domownikami do nocy 00:30. Na nasze prośby odpisywał arogancko, bezczelnie: „że jeżeli się kłóci, to ma powód” i że to my go nie szanujemy, bo poprosiliśmy o ciszę. Zadecydowaliśmy, że nie zapłacimy 120 € za sprzątanie, ponieważ willa była brudna. Po czym właściciel wyzwał nas od zakłamanych fałszywych ludzi i oskarżył nas o uszkodzenie drzwi. Lokalizacja jest podana błędna – willa znajduje się wyżej.

10.0The villa is really enormous, and close to the centre, yet far enough to make it a bit in the outskirts making it ideal for relaxation. Location is totally amazing and the views are to die for <3 in 400m you are near the lake and it is really beautiful and full of coffee shops and a passage way ideal for a nice walk. Only thing before going message the host so she will send you a location. Location on booking.com will not take you exactly there. As a tip if you see a very hilly climb that is not tarmac you are on the right track :)
A beautiful relaxing stay
10.0The villa is located in a beautiful spot, overlooking the lake. The house is very big with all the amenities that one would need. The lady was very nice and friendly and was trying to accommodate any of our special requests.
