A lovely place to host our family holiday.

Spacious. Outdoor area excellent. Great cooking facilities. Large bedrooms. Exceptional communication from host throughout. Very useful to have a carport to shield from sun. Great to have ping pong table. Lots of thoughtful amenities.

− No soap or hand/body wash in any of the three toilets. Downstairs did not have much comfortable seating space for all 6 of us to sit. The downstairs toilet water smelled.

Ruhige Lage, großer Garten, geräumige Zimmer, gute Parkmöglichkeit.

− Kleine Badezimmer, eines der Zimmer ist im UG, Küche kleiner als sie auf den Fotos wirkt, Tisch drinnen bei voller Belegung des Hauses sehr eng, Küchenausstattung für so eine Villa etwas dürftig, Einbruchsschutzgitter lassen sich einfach öffnen obwohl abgeschlossen. Unverschämt war, uns etwas, was schon bei der Anreise defekt war, in Rechnung stellen zu wollen. Sehr schwierige Kommunikation. Die angebotene Lademöglichkeit für Elektrofahrzeuge entpuppt sich als einphasige Steckdose mit 1,6kW. bei starkem Regen laufen die Dachrinnen über und die eigentlich überdachten Bereiche der Terrasse werden nassgespritzt.

− We, 2 families with 3 kids under 10 years old, booked this villa for 1 week staying. Unfortunately on the 2nd day we had been robbed between 1-6 pm daytime! When we arrived back from the beach the entrance door was broken, window fragments were everywhere on the terrace and the grass. Owner lives next door we came to her immediately to call the police. Everybody was shocked but one family’s all money and stuffs had been stolen by the burglar. Burglairs didn’t go down at the basement where the other family’s stuffs there. Owner didn’t do anything she left us there frightened for the night. She said we can stay there calmly even we couldn’t close the door and there was a big hole on it. When we said we don’t want to stay anymore she became very rude with us. I got messages from her English contact „we must leave the house now” and we had nowhere to go with 3 kids while our husbands were at the police station. Of course police didn’t know anything about this case, so we could nothing to do! So be careful, the villa is very very unsafe! There is no camera or alarm system but they even knew there are lots of break-ins in Tuscany! The old lady doesn’t speak English only Italian, so you can’t comminicate. I don’t recommend this villa because of these things and it wasn’t well equipped.

Wonderful villa

Villa is very beautiful, well equiped, clean and comfortable, all windows have mosquito nets. The outside space is spectacular - beautiful olive tree garden, freshly cut grass, barbecue space (but not fully functional), car parking places have "roof". Terace has two areas - one with dinning table, the other with coffee table, deckchairs & armchairs. The host Simona was kind and welcoming. The location is very good - within the town and only a few minutes drive from supermarkets but amongst olive tree & grape plantations and with barely any neighbours. Super!

− The only uncomfortable item was that air conditioning is not preset - so room temperature had to be monitored by opening/closing windows and window blinds.
