Der Garten/Aussenbereich ist traumhaft, die Villa ist riesig und es hat so viele Zimmer. Der Hauswächter sowie die Besitzerin sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut.

− Der Innenbereich bzw. die Innenausstattung ist sehr veraltet, was sich leider auch auf die Sauberkeit auswirkt. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren aber sauber. Für einige wirkte es ein bisschen spuckhaft.
