10.0Das Haus überzeugt durch eine überaus vollständige Ausstattung sowie einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Auch im Winter ist es sehr gemütlich – alle Räume waren angenehm warm und komfortabel. Besonders praktisch sind die zwei Toiletten sowie das sehr saubere Badezimmer mit Badewanne und zusätzlicher Dusche. Der kleine Gartenbereich ist im Sommer sicherlich ein großes Plus. Die Lage am ruhigen Stadtrand von Middelburg ist ideal, das Zentrum ist mit ca. 1,5 km gut erreichbar – zu Fuß möglich, mit dem Fahrrad schnell und unkompliziert. Hervorzuheben ist außerdem der ausgesprochen freundliche und schnelle Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der auf alle Fragen umgehend reagiert hat.
