Great outdoor space and perfect location
9.0The villa is incredibly spacious and was perfect for our group. The outdoor area and pool are fantastic and were a real highlight of our stay. The location is excellent, with the beach, the lake, the shack and the campus all within easy walking distance. The games room was great fun for the kids. If you are looking for space, a great location and excellent outdoor facilities, this villa is a great choice.
− The interior is quite dated and would benefit from modernising. The bedrooms were comfortable, but the bathrooms are in need of an upgrade. The baths and fittings are very old, could do with regrouting, and there was a slight musty smell. The rugs and upholstery would also benefit from a thorough clean.

3.0kitchen and terrace
− location very poor faulty mains going off daily left in darkness had injury to foot tripped over due to been put into complete darkness whilst cooling in kitchen !!! I’m showers and electric went off leaning us with no supply to continue getting ready for night outs next to construction site overlooked daily by workers on site whilst sunbathing… unable to open curtains due to men outside peering in dirty sofas

− it had several cranes around it, workmen all day, the kitchen was scruffy, the place was tired. I had to call to get the pool cleaned it was rough, my daughter got an ear infection. The games room flooded as the drains were blocked, need I go on the list is endless. Shocking disregard for the people renting the property the noise was horrendous. totally mis sold will be making an official complaint.
