7.0Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Einrichtung modern und freundlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Dachterrasse ist geräumig mit einem sauberen Pool und schöner Aussicht.
− Die Beschreibung mit 3 Badezimmern ist nicht korrekt, da es sich nicht um ein 3. Bad, sondern lediglich um ein WC auf der Dachterrasse handelt. Ich hatte extra eine Unterkunft mit 3 Bädern gesucht. Der wohn- und Essbereich ist klein. Aufgrund der angegebenen Quadratmeter Zahl habe ich eine großzügige Wohnung erwartet. Wir mussten nach Badetüchern fragen und man hat uns schmutzige Handtücher gegeben. Auf meine Nachricht diesbzgl. wurde nicht reagiert. Im Schrank befand sich eine Tüte mit schimmeligem Inhalt, was nicht gerade für eine gründliche Reinigung spricht. Da ich bei den vorherigen Bewertungen gelesen habe, dass es manchmal nicht so sauber war, wenn vorher niemand dort war, hatte ich freundlich um eine gute Reinigung gebeten. Trotzdem war die Wohnung nicht überall ordentlich sauber. Die Auflagen der Sonnenliegen waren alt und unappetitlich zerschlissen. Als ich beim check in darauf hingewiesen habe, gab es nur ein Schulterzucken. Ebenso waren die übrigen Polster und Kissen für die Terrasse ewig nicht gewaschen. Ein Sonnenschirm war kaputt, es wurde jedoch schnell Ersatz besorgt.

8.0The location is great! It's a 30 second walk to the ferry for the beach, and within minutes to all restaurants, cafes, a couple of markets. The host was very kind to let us check in early. The apt is very nice, quiet, clean, and has everything needed for self catering. Two of the best restaurants - Tascinha do Bruno and Casa de Pasto Justo!
− The listing is misleading in a couple of ways, first it is not "beachfront". It's a FANTASTIC location, for sure, but it is set back a bit from the main street which runs along the water. Also, the listing shows pics for 2 or 3 different villas, which are all in one property, including pics of a large terrace and a small one. We ended up in the ground floor apt which doesn't include any terrace or outdoor space. So if you book this villa and you want the rooftop terrace (which I'm sure has amazing views of the harbor) be specific! The listings really need to be separated so you know which one you're actually booking. Also, bring your own beach towels!
