4.0The amenities around the house was good, it was plenty to do
− The fact that the house wasn't cleaned properly there was animal fur literally every where the chairs, beds, and all over the carpets.
It was a really nice place to stay for the weeken the price for it was very good

Good Value in Need of Some TLC
7.0This little townhome was clean and located in a convenient area. We had some difficulty finding it, but once we did, it provided us with plenty of space for our family. The TV/ family room is nice and spacious and gave us some room to spread out. The bathroom has been updated and is quite nice.
− The home could really use some updating. It smelled pretty bad, and some of the dishes and appliances are broken (a glass with a large shard missing from the rim, and a coffee pot that leaked everywhere). With that said, it was a good value for the price.

8.0The property was clean, organized, Plenty of space
− The tv in the living room went out (no picture) and a remote control was missing from the upstairs tv. I spoke to Ms. Elizabeth the owner about it and she said that she was going to call maintenance about it. On the address the name of the vila was not mentioned.
Very clean, relaxing and lots of different activities around. Only downside was the bed for me.
8.0Location was good. Little bit of a drive to the beach but not terrible. It was kinda in the middle of the island so easy to get to either part we wanted to go.
− Master bed mattress was uncomfortable. Could feel the springs when you laid or moved on it. Ended up sleeping in the smaller beds in the other bedroom.
Convenient but had it been more clean and smelled better with unclogged appliances it would have been a more comfortable
6.0Location. Was spacious enough for 4-5ppl
− Need to be cleaned outside doors. Downstairs bath sink completely clogged. Downstairs pull out bed was ALL springs. Base boards not clean. Smelled of wet, pissy dogs.
