6.0No geral a casa tem óptimas condições, no entanto denotasse falta de manutenção de alguns equipamentos e infraestruturas...
− Está descrita por ter 2 casas de banho, apenas tem uma! O jacuzzi está inoperacional há muito tempo a piscinas tem varias zonas do pavimento estragadas e os esgotos da casa de banho apresentam avaria uma vez que as águas da sanita saem pelo duche... O duche da zona da piscina está danificado e o pavimento em redor da mesma é muito escorregadio. As fotos estão um pouco desatualizadas...
