− We stayed in a property for 9 nights. We had the opportunity to experience and observe the advantages and disadvantages of a place of residence. Overall, the location is okay, with an excellent connection to the airport and not far from the house. There is also a food store nearby. However, everything was a very unpleasant surprise for us. We came late in the evening, and the house was cold, unkempt, and damp. Thankfully, the air conditioning was working, so we switched to heating mode, and the house got warmer during the night. We were heating the first floor (the only area with air conditioning) all the time, as the humidity was extremely high and it was cold... However, we then took a tour of the rooms, which was very disappointing. It began with the presence of some large beetles on the ground, but the main issue was a mouse in the bedroom. We had a child with asthma, so it was dangerous for him to stay in this house. But overall, that is not ok even for healthy people… This mouse was all over the wall in one room, and it was huge… Additionally, the kitchen was in a state of disrepair, with broken cabinet doors, a totally rusted oven, and numerous other signs of wear and tear☹. Overall, the house had countless rusted and damaged surfaces and a smell of mouse all over… Then, outside the house, the swimming pool was awful, unclean, and even dangerous to use as some lightning installations were in the water… We came with kids and were hoping to spend some time next to the house, but the basketball backboard is broken, and the ball is swollen. The owner of the house responded to our messages, but there was no response to help, solve, or improve our stay. They provided us with a housekeeper's number, but it was clear that she couldn’t assist us with anything. We do not recommend staying in this house if you are traveling with children, care about your health, or want to maintain a positive mood during your vacation.

Localização e a casa em geral

− Falta de limpeza nas máquinas de lavar roupa e loiça, falta de limpeza na piscina, duche exterior sem torneira, água quente demorava aquecer e baratas especialmente na cozinha.

The house met all expectations. The location ideal and the owner, Tiago, was very attentive.

Location was ideal. Very peaceful and quiet but close to grocery shopping and a few restaurants. Easy 20 minute drive to the airport. The panoramic view of the ocean from every room was fantastic.

− The bedrooms do not have direct air conditioning and could get warm.

Incroyable maison moderne et très spacieuse en surplomb de l'océan, le bleu de la piscine puis le bleu de l'océan sont un plaisir pour les yeux. Maison très bien équipée avec de nombreuses salles de bains, située à proximité de l'aéroport en voiture, à l'ouest de l'île (proximité notamment de Sete cidades, Ponta Delgada ou Ferraria)

Las vistas, la distribución y la cantidad de cuartos de baño

− Problema importante las cucarachas, se podría considerar como plaga, 4 botes de insecticida en 4 días, muy desagradable. Algunas calidades de los saneamientos, grifería de exterior en mal estado, la piscina prefabricada con mala gestión para su limpieza. Para una casa de esas características y precio, la piscina deficiente.
