Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen gelegenen Ferienhaus in der Nähe von Taormina sehr genossen. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles blitzsauber und bestens vorbereitet. Der Empfang war überaus herzlich; mit kulinarischen Aufmerksamkeiten, die uns sofort das Gefühl gaben, willkommen zu sein. Das Haus ist äußerst gepflegt und liebevoll mit regionaler, dekorativer Keramik ausgestattet- ein echtes Highlight für alle, die sizilianisches Flair lieben. Besonders schön fanden wir auch die vielen hübsch arrangierten Pflanzen rund ums Haus sowie die romantische Beleuchtung des Außenbereichs, die abends für eine stimmungsvolle Atmosphäre sorgte. Der Pool war stets sauber und bei der Hitzewelle, die wir während unseres Aufenthalts erlebten, ein absoluter Segen. Auch die Klimaanlagen im Haus kühlten die Räume sehr gut ab. Wir haben ausschließlich die tolle Außenküche genutzt, die fantastisch ausgestattet ist; das Kochen und Grillen dort war ein rechtes Vergnügen. Auch für unsere Kinder war es ein kleines Paradies - viel Platz, ein Poolbereich mit Wasser-Spielzeug und cremiges Pistazieneis in der Eisdiele am Stand. Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend: Ob ein Ausflug zum Ätna, nach Taormina oder Messina; alles ist schnell erreichbar. Den Mietwagen parkten wir direkt vor dem Haus. Das Haus an sich liegt sehr ruhig, sodass wir wunderbar entspannen konnten und auch den Touristen-Trubel umgingen. Ein besonderer Dankeschön geht an die herzliche Besitzerin, die uns tolle Restaurant-Empfehlungen gegeben hat und sogar für uns Tische reserviert hat. Das war wirklich super und hat unseren Urlaub noch entspannter und authentischer gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war jederzeit freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit.

Beautiful Villa

Cinzia, the lovely owner kept in regular contact prior to our holiday. She arranged to meet us at the property on our arrival and was very understanding when we were running late ( due to getting lost through diversions). She kept in touch throughout our holiday and came to see us off. Cinzia recommended several places to us and kindly booked a restaurant for us , one evening. The welcome and leaving gifts were most thoughtful and generous. The house is very traditional in style; it is extremely well equipped and everything is spotless. The two bedrooms are connected by a few stairs; there is no door between them. There are several beautiful terraces on different levels, which are all accessed by stairs. The swimming pool is lovely and the outdoor kitchen is absolutely amazing! There is on road parking outside the villa. There has been a lot of care put into creating a relaxed haven- we spent most of our holiday lazing on the terrace by the pool.

Sicily will always be in my heart and this is due to the great care shown by our hosts.

The property is tastefully decorated with traditional Sicilian ceramics and had all amenities . A beautiful swimming pool and outdoor lounging area. This property is located in the heart of San Alessio but in a very quiet area. You have the beach at just 300m away and access to shops, bars and restaurants.

It was fabulously maintained! Everything that you could think of so had our wonderful host, Cinzia! She was so good & couldn’t have been more helpful.

The Villa is amazing and has a fantastic outside space with a private pool and outside kitchen facilities that would make a professional chef proud. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Villa Alecla.

This is probably the most boring review I ever wrote because there was literally nothing to be critisized in this house. Seriously this place is really wonderful and well equipped. The owner is unbelieveably helpful and always has advice and recommendations if required.
