We had the best time staying in such a gorgeous location. Most of our time spent in the pool or eating around the large dinning room perfect for hosting large groups. Property is truly stunning and highly recommend for anyone to stay

− Slightly disappointed in the lack of basic supplies for a group of 14 people. We were expected to purchase our own toilet paper, rubbish bags and dishwasher tablets. Extremely limited quantities were supplied (7 toilet rolls for a group of 14 for a 3 day stay). Which meant we had to leave to purchase these items. Understand this is sometimes expected of guests to purchase but would have appreciated advanced communication of this.

Fantastic Villa in a beautiful location

Beautiful property in a lovely spot, great facilities. Pool was a lovely addition too. Reasonably close to grocery stores and multiple beautiful restaurants and wineries - though a car is a must. Was a fantastic spot for our group of 11

− Washing machine was quite old and put holes in multiple of my clothing items - use at own risk. Some small maintenance things could’ve been done around the property but nothing major at all.

The location is great, there are a lot of small cute medieval towns in 30 min driving range. Wine is exceptionally good. The swimming pool was the only thing that saved us from melting down on 39 C Tuscan heat! The staff is nice and friendly.

− Where do I start.. First thing that this place lacks is air conditioning! I can’t imagine how can people survive on 40 C Tuscan summer without an air conditioner at this property. It should be considered as a basic utility and this place lacks it. Lack of proper air conditioning ruined the entire vacation for us to be fair. During days sun was unbearable and the only option was either going to swimming pool or getting into car, turning on the engine and A/C inside the car. During evenings and nights, air pressure inside the property becomes so high that you can’t breathe making it impossible to take a good night sleep. At nights outside becomes somewhat fine but you can’t even go out because of the amount of mosquitoes! Second, we stayed there for 2 weeks and were expecting at least some basic housekeeping would’ve been provided after a week. At least some towel and clean sheets. Neither of them were provided. We asked for a vacuum cleaner to clean the house ourselves but we’ve been given an old barely functioning cleaner which didn’t really do the job. Lastly the furniture inside home was so old, it requires some more investment. I understand these places are so on high demand during the high season because everyone and their mother want to stay at a Tuscan villa. But some basics should have been covered!
