9.0Smukt gammelt velholdt hus. Skøn have med dejlig pool. Fantastisk udsigt. Flere terrasser, og især nød vi den terrasse i skyggen af huset, da det var meget varmt. Meget sød og imødekommende vært. Rigtig god kommunikation via whats app inden og under vores ophold.
− Grusstien til huset er lang, smal og stejl, kun en bil kan køre på den. Heldigvis er der kun få biler der bruger den. Man skal kunne lide bjergkørsel 😊

10.0Das ganze Haus und die Umgebung waren traumhaft schön. Etwas ganz Besonderes war der Ausblick, den man von unterschiedlichen Positionen genießen kann. Der nette Pool und die Möglichkeit zu grillen hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Einrichtung des Hauses war sehr geschmackvoll und detailverliebt. Fabio und Zaida waren die perfekten Hosts!

3.0Die Aussicht auf Arezzo
− Der Begriff Luxusvilla ist weit hergeholt. Die Liegen und die Auflagen beim Pool waren verdreckt und unbenützbar. Im Pool waren trotz Chlortabletten grüne Ansätze. (nur Einhängefilter) Ein Zimmer im Untergeschoß hatte nur ein Oberlichte (glich einem muffigen Kellerzimmer)-das zweite Schlafzimmer hatte eine Türe in Freie. Mückengitter waren nur im oberen Schlafzimmer und die waren defekt. Beim Gasherd waren alle Drehknöpfe kaputt. Zu viele Dekos - Platz zum Ablegen fehlte. Die Bilder im Internet und Folder versprechen leider etwas anderes. Die Vermieter haben wir leider nicht kennengelernt.

8.0The property is fantastic. Beautiful private pool and gardens and the house itself is very spacious. It is secluded in the mountains but only a short drive to the nearest town. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms had everything we needed from bedding to towels and even shampoo and soap.
− Coming from Dubai we were used to A/C so when the ambient temperature reached the mid 30's we found it a bit uncomfortable. The downstairs bedrooms were cooler than upstairs and we were able to sleep there comfortably. Having a portable A/C unit or two in the property would be a great investment for future guest comfort.
