Lovely stay in an agreeable property
6.0Good location just outside belek. Spacious and accommodating for multiple guests and the private pool was a delight. Nice full kitchen should you wish to cook. Bedrooms were clean and spacious, as was the living room.
− The property we were allocated has attached neighbours who have quite a lot of dogs of various size and loudness. I appreciate this is not something the owner can control but as someone with anxiety around unleashed dogs, it would have been nice to have been made aware that this was a potential issue as making our way past several loudly barking dogs on multiple occasions when we returned to the villa did nothing for my anxiety.

Séjour catastrophique
1.0− Une expérience catastrophique – à fuir absolument ! Notre séjour dans cette villa à Belek a été un véritable cauchemar. Les photos présentées sur l’annonce n’ont absolument rien à voir avec la réalité : la villa est vétuste, mal entretenue et totalement différente des images flatteuses publiées. À notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé une maison extrêmement sale, infestée de fourmis. Les meubles étaient dans un état lamentable, la cuisine était non seulement sale mais aussi très mal équipée, rendant la préparation des repas compliquée. Les problèmes d’électricité ont été constants : plusieurs nuits sans climatisation, alors qu’il faisait 43 °C avec 95 % d’humidité – insupportable ! Le réfrigérateur principal fonctionnait très mal à cause de ces pannes, et le second frigo était rouillé, sale et totalement inutilisable. Côté confort sanitaire, c’était tout aussi catastrophique : l’eau chaude ne montait pas à l’étage faute de débit suffisant, ce qui nous a contraints à être 8 personnes à partager une seule salle d’eau. Rapport qualité-prix : zéro. Je ne recommande cette villa à personne ! C’est une arnaque qui a gâché une partie de nos vacances.
