− Not enough space to have a meal with my family. AC vents in living room and kitchen did not work. No broom to be able to sweep throughout our stay.

1.0Horrible location. Stuck in a low class Neighbor hood. No where near the town or beaches. Not compatible for the elderly. It was pet friendly but the neighbors dog scared our dog and us.we spent the first 5 days standing outside waiting to get in because the entertainment code didn't work so we had to call the renter to let us in remotely and we had to sit outside waiting for him to call us back.nobody in the neighborhood was ever outside. Very scary for us.this was our yearly vacation and this place ruined it for us!! We are 75 years old and I will never use booking .Com again. We tried to cancel or relocate but couldn't get booking to answer us and when we did they said we would lose all our money so we were stuck with this crappie location. You should refund our money or give us a free vacation package.very very disappointed. Mr. And Mrs.Root!!
