8.0It’s a beautiful property on the Bay of Thailand just outside of Cha-am. Not the easiest to find, but after you’ve discovered the location it was pretty easy after that. The staff was very accommodating. They didn’t speak much English, but we did manage to communicate effectively anyhow. They’re very kind and patient people. I can’t imagine anyone not enjoying themselves. After just a few days, we were completely relaxed in our own little villa with our own little pool and the beach being almost completely empty for several miles was quite incredible. There are lots of birds chirping and it’s very very quiet. If you’re looking for a five star luxury location this isn’t it but it is a solid four star location for everything as stated above. I’ll definitely come back and I’ll stay longer next time.
− It's a bit far from town. I would recommend that you either rent a small motorcycle or come in the car. It's about a 10 minute drive to town.
With the unacceptable manner of the property’s owner, I will not recommend this place for others.
2.0The location is good and privacy.
− This property have some problem about their business integrity. We booked a 3-bedroom house for family but they arrange separate house which is not booked and the staff admit that the owner had already rented the original 3-bedroom house to another customer who booked directly with them. The check out time in booking policy is 12.00 a.m. but the staff inform check out time is 11.00 a.m. (as written paper on wall)
