Overall, it's a nice place, but I expected better service for this price range.
8.0The location is perfect if you're looking for a private, beautiful beach and stunning views from the villa. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, though the walk back is slightly uphill—but it was no problem for my 60-year-old parents. The villa is a bit far from the main street, and there’s only one restaurant nearby. Chaweng Beach is about a 25-minute drive away.
− Unfortunately, cleanliness is a major issue at this place. When we moved in, I noticed someone’s hair in the bathroom. I contacted the villa manager, but she just said “sorry” and didn’t even send a cleaning team. The cleaning staff comes once every three days, but they hardly clean at all. The entire villa was “cleaned” in no more than 10 minutes. The furniture is in decent condition—not high-end, but stylish. However, I was really disappointed that there were no nightlights in the bathrooms, only very bright overhead lighting. Additionally, the shower handle in one of the bathrooms was broken, which was extremely inconvenient, so I had to use another bathroom for showers.
