− ⭐ Unsafe, Unhygienic and Extremely Disappointing Stay This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had, and I would strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking this villa. The most serious issue was the complete breach of privacy. The caretaker entered our bedroom without knocking or asking for permission while the female guests were changing their clothes. This was shocking, completely unacceptable, and made us feel extremely unsafe. We immediately decided to leave the villa because we no longer felt safe staying there. The property was in a very poor hygienic condition. The bedsheets were torn, and the pillows had a strong unpleasant smell. We repeatedly requested replacements, but even the replacement bedsheets and pillows were not clean or hygienic. Despite paying the full amount, we were forced to adjust with unhygienic bedding. The washrooms were in terrible condition. They had a very strong foul smell, appeared not to have been cleaned properly, and lacked basic hygiene. The bathroom design also offered very little privacy, making it uncomfortable to use. We also found cockroaches inside the villa, which made the stay even more unpleasant and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. To make matters worse, the host refused to provide receipts for the payments we made, despite us paying the full amount. Before check-in, we requested to see the villa first, but the host refused and insisted that we make the payment before allowing us to view the property. At that point, we already felt doubtful, but since we had already paid a 50% non-refundable advance, we had no option but to proceed. The host also insisted that the remaining balance be paid in cash. We were repeatedly assured that the payment receipt would be provided at the time of checkout. However, despite several reminders, no receipt was ever issued.

The room was great and the hot waterways excellent. The manager, Ruben, was very attentive, as was the caretaker, Dunbar. I highly recommend this stay.

− Unfortunately, I had to change rooms due to overbooking and the second room was not as nice, but still quite good.

We liked the nature and silence there

− The rooms were not provided as per the details given on booking.com Clumsy rooms were provided with very low light and no day light coming in Very small double bed, not for 3 people Food menu was there but after a repeated request no food and tea or coffee was not served Full payment was taken just after check in and the owner was out of town every evening and every little thing was high priced Will not recommend this stay to anyone

Недалеко от пляжа если у вас свой транспорт, есть парковка,есть фильтр питьевой воды, площадь аппартов. Хозяин предлагал свою помощь и нашёл аренду байков.

− Когда бронировал, было написано, что это "аппартаменты целиком", по факту это здание - гостевой дом, с отдельными номерами на втором этаже и во дворе дома, на территории дома хозяина Рубена. Очень, очень шумно! Дом расположен очень близко к дороге, по которой и днем и ночью ездят и сигналят машины и мотоциклы без глушителя, окна спален выходят в сторону дороги! Другие гости тоже проходят к себе мимо вашей открытой от жары двери и окон спальней. Окна кухни и гостиной выходят во двор, который используют другие гости. Однажды, это была большая индийская семья, это было громко до 2.00 am, после чего нам пришлось просить их быть тише. Фото вводят в заблуждение, как будто весь дом будет ваш, но "Апартаменты" это часть первого этажа и отдельным входом. Сверху у вас соседи и к ним же, ведёт на верх лестница внутри помещения, отделенная тонкой дверью. Заранее сообщил хозяину, что приеду в 4.00 am. я просил ранеее заселение, тк чекин в 2.00 pm. Когда я с семьёй (2 взрослых и 2 детей) приехал, после 11 часового перелёта, нам открыли номер с двуспальной кроватью и одометным матрасом на полу, сказав, что апартаменты заняты до 2.00 pm! После моего возмущения, что мы не сможем тут поместится, нам открыли второй номер. Почему нельзя было заранее сказать об этом? Я бронировал за несколько месяцев! С 5.00am по 2.00pm с нас взяли 5000 рупий за эти номера дополнительно. Я отдал (новых) 800$ Рубену, спросив какой курс обмена, он посчитал нам по 88 рупий за 1 $, как оказалось "за углом" меняли 1$ - 91 рупия! Разница была 2700 рупий, я считаю это обман, он мог подождать пол дня пока мы поменяем деньги по нормальному курсу! В помещении было грязно, пахло сыростью. Кровати узкие, это не кингсайз.
