Location Size of villa

− The list is endless This property is a scam and booking.com should not be selling it as a grand 5 bedroom villa We had children and the steps into the pool are missing all of the tiles, and cut their feet The staff before we arrived must have chlorine bombed the pool It burnt our 9 year old skin It bleached all of our swim shorts, swimwear and underclothes The lawn is all brown & dead. Dirt patches and the children could not play on it Only 5 outdoor chairs for a 10 person villa None of the TVs in the bedrooms worked 2 had power leads missing The floor was dirty, and we had no broom, even a dustpan and sweeper No vacuum No tea towels. No hand towels. No cleaning gear or even a sponge to wipe down the sink or benches All of the showers leaked and the tiles were mouldy and not clean No hand towels in any bathroom, and all the towels were microfibre polyester that did not dry your skin The mattresses were old and stained and no mattress protectors . Filthy pillows Oven didn't work Blender didn't work Pool pump ran constantly and the air conditioners were old. You have to pay for electricity . Booking com stated 6cents a kw hour. Checking concierge told us we had to pay 8cents per kW hour. Sneaky They also told us no cleaning or linen change during our stay, yet booking .com confirmed a clean and fresh linen. We had to argue the point and they came with just fresh towels & did a sweep around the house and a half hearted mop of dining area Only one set of keys and gate clicker, no lock box to stash keys for multiple people to access Staff were late to check us in and we had to wait in the boiling hot sun Then late to check us out so we just left so we didn't miss our transfers and flights Awful experience with such a big group of family with children They should refund us our money as it was falsely advertised and a 2 star experience at best

Spacious property with good size swimming pool

− The propetry was not clean, there was mould in the bathrooms which I brought to the team’s attention, someone came to clean the proprety 2 days later but didn’t clean it properly, one of them was on her phone instead of cleaning and they left really quick. It was advertised that the villa will be cleaned 3 times a week and towels( there don’t provide hand towels) and bed linen changed 2 times a week, this never happened in 7 days we stayed there, only the pool towels were changed on our request.The electricity was advertised as 6TBH/unit and we were asked for 8TBH/unit.

La localisation, la taille de la maison. La terrasse couverte et la réactivité du personnel.

− La piscine trop proche des arbres qui perdent leurs feuilles et qui tombent directement dans la piscine. Les marches de la piscine qui ne sont pas finies ou alors très mal faîtes et qui font très mal aux pieds. Sinon pour le reste c'est assez correct, peut-être un petit coup de rafraîchissement dans les salles de bain.
