The house was spacious and squeaky clean. We were surprised at how nice it was on the inside compared to its exterior. I love that we didn't have to bring that much, as all the necessary amenities were already provided especially the kitchen. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was very near convenience stores and SM. Took us 6mins to get to SM on certain time of the day but took us 20mins also on the same day,different time. The host was very nice and accommodating. We would love to stay here again.

The house smelled really good and impressively clean. It was surprisingly very spacious as well. Everything was provided for, we didn’t have to worry about anything. Malapit din sya sa mga stores and SM, so basically, maganda ung location nya. We will definitely book this place again for summer!

The property looked the same as the photos - cozy and clean. It’s got all standard necessities needed for an Air BNB type accomodation. It’s got board games great to use especially for a family bonding time. The bathrooms are very clean and modern. The house has very homey feel. Air fresheners are a nice touch. The owners are very welcoming and have patiently explained how things work in the property.

− 1. “Misleading” location of the property - The property is NOT that near to SM City Batangas. As I am not from the area, I thought the title “luxury villa near SM city batangas” means it’s next to the mall and you can literally can walk. It actually isn’t. It’s too far from the mall- with the traffic, you have to travel by car between 15-25 minutes. 2. Parking is too small to fit a Van. There’s no space to open the doors as you park your car inside. 3. As it is in the middle of residential area, you do not have control of what the neighbours are doing. We woke up at 730am in the morning from the neighbour singing karaoke, with speakers blaring. 4. Toilets are very small and bathrooms are space tight. My 6 foot son found it difficult to shower. The toilets are very squashed and not comfortable for seniors and people with long legs or bigger frames.

We had such a great stay at this house! From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and comfortable. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which we really appreciated—super smooth check-in and clear instructions for everything. The house itself is exactly what we were hoping for. Clean, spacious, and well-maintained. You can tell they take care of the place. The beds were comfy, the air-conditioning worked perfectly (very important!), and the kitchen had all the basics we needed. We also loved that the living area was cozy enough for everyone to hang out together without feeling cramped. Overall, we’re really happy we chose this place. Great value for money, great location, and a host that genuinely cares. Would definitely book again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable stay!
