A damage deposit of THB 7000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 6 per unit. The amount will be deducted from the security deposit paid at the end of the guest stay. Note that for bookings on the period of December to February, guests are offered with free 100 units of electricity consumption. Any exceeding consumption will be charged at THB 6 per one electrical unit.
