10.0This is a perfect holiday for a group of friends, couples and families. Lots of space for everyone to group together or have alone space. Extremely well-equipped… multiple living spaces with TV, kitchen is perfect for cooking and eating with such a large group and there was never a wait for bathroom facilities. Parking is also easy and the proximity to the beach and shops is perfect. Ubers are quick and affordable making navigation around Caparica but also into Lisbon very easy.

5.0Es war schön eingerichtet
− Die Küche war zu wenig ausgestattet. Für 10 Personen gab es nicht genug Töpfe oder Pfannen zum kochen. Ein Abend hatten wir keinen Strom, den anderen Abend hatten wir kein Wasser in der gesamten Unterkunft. Kein duschen, kein Klo, kein Waschbecken.

7.0Maison spacieuse bien décorée ! Nous étions 10 avec 6 enfants nous avons passé une petite semaine agréable en famille qui nous a permis d’aller à la plage mais aussi visiter de l’autre côté du pont Lisbonne et ses environs !
− Contrainte de stationnement : manque de respect de la part des voisins qui se garent devant la maison et par conséquent on peut garer un seul véhicule devant le portail. Manque une climatisation dans une chambre, ventilateur mis t disposition mais moins confortable ! Dans la chambre à l’étage avec salle de bain, forte odeur de canalisations ! Manque une cafetière à capsules.

7.0The size of the house, the air conditioning and the calmness. And that it’s close to the beach.
− Some utensils were missing like a knife to cut, glasses, water boiler, etc and lamps in the bedrooms (not connected) and book shelves here and there to put your things on.
