Very nice house in a nice quite location close to everything. Hosts were very welcoming and nice.

Quiet location, lovely pool

Loved the layout of this rustic house which was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean and well-equipped. Benjamin was a great host and responsive when we needed him. Garden and pool get the sun all day. Location is amazing if you hire a car. Lidl and other supermarkets only 5 mins drive. Gorgeous beach 20 mins drive. Loule a lovely town. Many restaurants available by Uber or for delivery on UberEats. Plenty of towels. House is in a quiet area, we rarely heard or saw anyone!

− Air-conditioning is only in living room and one bedroom. Of the other 2 bedrooms, one was so hot as to be un-useable, even with the fan provided. The other (downstairs) bedroom was just about bearable for sleep, with a fan on and the door open to the living area, and the shutters and curtains closed all day. We stayed in June and temperatures were high 20s, wouldn't like to be there if it was any hotter. Upstairs shower tended to flood even after we used drain unblocker twice, we didn't bother the host with this and just turned the shower off intermittently to let it drain. Important to note that hosts don't allow suncream in the pool (due to filtration system and not wanting water ruined) so consider how you hope to spend your pool time/your skin type. There is an outside shower to help with this. Mattresses quite hard and pillows very flat - personally we didn't get on with them but everyone is different. Our kids slept fine.

The location.

− The pool was freezing even though there was a heater, the owner claimed it was broken. The beds had bugs that bit out children every night. The shower was very weak and it was difficult to shower properly. It was impossible to sleep due to the dogs barking every day and night. They woke our young baby most evenings.

Adequate villa but for what you pay we would expect better from our 9 years experience of villas in the Algarve

Location was good, outside area is good

− Kitchen utensils, knives etc are very tired, would be nice to have air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom, wardrobes are tired, lumpy pillows, we were there 10 days and the towels and bedding weren’t changed

Lovely relaxing family break in comfortable well equipped villa.

Good location if you’re not bothered about being right on he coast. Vilamoura about 20 minutes. Faro airport about 20 minutes. Well equipped property with good pool and outdoor space.

− Nothing really. Being picky beds were harder there used to.
