7.0Большой дом, в целом хорошее расположение если вы на авто/мото. Собственник всегда на связи если нужно что то решить.
− Нет кондиционера в зале - это оказалось неприятным сюрпризом. По району не погулять, рядом дорога, только ехать куда то. Шатлов там нет, пешком никуда не дойти.
