Superb place! We had everything we need, the neighbourhood was nice and quiet and the Ocean only few mins away. The property owner was very nice, helpful and always available. She gave us lot's of of info about what to do, what to visit, where to est.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, na miejscu przy przyjęździe czekała na nas właścicielka. Gościnność Pani Elviry we wszystkich aspektach była ponad oczekiwany standard. Bardzo duży dom, pięknie utrzymany ogród i kilka opcji spędzenia czasu przy stole w grupie 8 osób. Elvira pomogła nam w organizacji transferu na lotnisko, wycieczce na Etnę i do Taorminy, jak również przekazała cenne informacji o lokalnych sklepach, gastronomii i interesujących miejscach.

Villa Gabriella was simply perfect – it had absolutely everything we needed and more. The house is very beautiful, full of atmosphere, and equipped with all possible comforts. We even had umbrellas and beach towels provided. It’s a quiet place with a lovely garden, an outdoor shower, and plenty of space, making it ideal for a big group or family. The kitchen is fully equipped, actually, beyond expectations. You won’t be able to think of something missing, because everything is already there. As for Mondello itself – the beach is long, sandy, with clean and clear water. A really beautiful spot in general. However, be aware that almost the entire beach is occupied by private companies with fences, and only about 3% of the territory is public. It’s not just about rented sunbeds, but actual barriers that make it impossible to freely access most of the beach. Sometimes you need to make a long detour just to find an entrance. On top of that, there are no public showers, and for the whole stretch of sand there is only one public toilet, which feels quite strange. Overall, the villa is absolutely amazing, five stars without any doubt. Mondello is good, but be prepared for these small inconveniences with beach access.
