very disappointing and expensive for what we received.
1.0− No welcome pack - rooms locked, shower cubicle leaked water (guest slipped and hit head on the escaped water) the kettle flithy, beds very poor - host expected one of the adults to share a double bed - NO we booked as 3 adults and tried to contact to change the booking and to state extra adult - zero response from the host - who just wanted 350 euros cash on arrival - outside lights did not work - dangerous if coming down steep stairs in dark - host said use i phone torch, no washing machine,
Perfect place for family holiday.
9.0Location was really good in relation to the complex/ hotel & golf club. View from all area’s of the Villa were amazing.

10.0property was clean , had every amenity and the kitchen had every gadget you need. Jorge was very responsive- he met us at the property , accommodated our arrival schedule since we we held for a long time at the rental car facility. location was great only 38 min from Lisbon and we we able to visit a lot of small town around Torre Vedras we had a had a great stay at your property. thank you Jorge!
