10.0The owners are wonderful, very communicative and helpful. Bakari is on site, making sure everything in the house is running smoothly. Whenever necessary, he came to help, even late at night. Viki kept the house tidy 😊 A beautiful house with a unique atmosphere. The owner decorated it herself – BRAVO! The view from the terrace overlooks the ocean. There's a large, clean swimming pool shared with the neighbors. Power outages are common on Zanzibar, but no worries, the house is equipped with a power generator :) I'm glad we chose this place for our vacation. It couldn't have been better ❤️ Thank you!

9.0Loved the decor, the spaciousness of the villa and the entire staff. Bakari, the manager, was amazingly kind and patient -- always on the spot when we needed him! Vicky, the cleaner, was lovely, too! They arranged for transport from Stone Town, answered our many questions and dealt with the frequent power outages (not a fault; these happen everywhere). We stayed with a group of five family and friends and were so pleased to be able to lounge around, cook our own meals and celebrate Christmas. I highly recommend it!
− The beach in December is not optimal. Not the fault of the villa, of course, but because the low tide is very, very low, the water is not really swimmable and there was lots of debris on the sand. Ironically, for a villa just steps from the beach, this was not a beach vacation. However, Bakari helped us book an amazing snorkling trip to Mnemone Island
