Locația este excelent poziționată și oferă o priveliște deosebită. Roger și Pia sunt extrem de ospitalieri, mereu gata să ofere informații sau să ajute. Comunicativi si dornici sa ajute sa iti faca vacanta usoara.

Location is brilliant. Space was adequate for all of us.

− I felt the amount we were charged to have the villa cleaned was too much. Also, inspite of having paid a high price the cleaning was not upto the mark. Our electricity usage was kept to a minimum, however we had to pay extra for the electricity used. Considering it is a large house that accommodates so many people, electricity usage will be on the higher side.

Overall, a nice & spacious villa but not recommended for families with young children due to safety concerns.

Villa Ginborn offers a great view and its infinity pool is one of the key highlights. Overall, the villa is well maintained and sufficiently spacious for our group size of 10 adults + 4 children. The villa was stocked with some complimentary cold drinks, snacks and fruits upon our arrival which was a nice touch. Also, communication with the owner is great. Pia is very responsive and helpful, and she also gave very clear directions on its location and we had no problem finding it at all.

− Whilst the interior of the villa is pleasantly modern and clean, one major concern is that there are HUGE gaps in the railings of the staircase which make it extremely dangerous for children. A child might accidentally lean on the railing, and easily fall down from the 2nd storey through the gap - which would be unthinkable. As a temporary measure, we tied some string across the railing and had to constantly warn and monitor all the children not to go near the staircase, which definitely added much anxiety during our stay. In addition, we were disappointed with the excess electricity charge. We were given 70 kWh/night for 14 of us in total. We switched off everything whenever we left the villa (which is probably about half the time of our stay), did not do any heavy cooking at all, and only switched on the aircon for the rooms when sleeping at night. (FYI there’s only fans in the living room, no aircon). We believe this is very reasonable usage and yet at the end of our 4nights stay, we were charged an additional of 2106baht. As such, the quota given in the first place seems to be rather low, thus do be mindful of the potential additional charges even with normal usage. Lastly, with regards to check-in, the villa manager asked for our arrival time and we informed that after landing in Phuket airport, we will be having our lunch first before heading over, and expect to arrive approx 1-2pm. However on that day itself, there were also hiccups in the collection of our rental car and in the end we arrived at 3pm. Elizabeth was not pleased that we were late and made her point known via WhatsApp and even wanted to charge us 1000baht for late arrival. We thought the check in time is just an estimate and did not appreciate being told off for being late, especially since we are on vacation. FYI to future guests to be mindful of advising on your arrival timing at the villa.

Nothing to even complain about. Everything was just perfect. Couldn't ask for anymore. Very kind and accommodating host and even their staff. Plenty of space and room around and very clean linen along with a every kitchen equipment required for home cooking. Have no complaints at all. A mini mart just a stones throw away and fantastic massage parlour as well.

− Not very child friendly where the pool was concerned as there was no barrier round the pool for safety.
