6.0Да, безумно красивый вид из окна и в целом то место, где находится квартира. Мебель свежая, не уставшая. Достаточно стильно обставлена. На этом, пожалуй, все.
− Нам очень не повезло с погодой - было холодно и шли дожди. Спасибо персоналу - электрические матрасы спасли, но все равно было безумно холодно. Из окон и дверей просто ужасно громко шумело из-за ветра снаружи. В ванной из-за сквозняка из двери, которая выходит на улицу, было невозможно находиться если выключена горячая вода. Там просто было очень холодно. Мокрые полотенца банально было негде просушить, потому что нет даже электрического полотенцесушителя. По лестнице вверх вниз ходили жильцы из основного дома сверху, поэтому пришлось закрывать шторы. В непосредственной близости толком ничего нет. До любого ближайшего кафе/магазина нужно ехать минут 25 на машине

10.0Everything is wonderfull, especially ocean view through panoramic windows. Room conditions are very good. Good parking.
− For people with health problem may be problematic to carry up the luggage because of long and steep stairs. Panoramic window in the bathroom is great, but all windows and the door face the balcony. We were unlucky, once some tecnical personel walked on balcony. May be a hanger "do not disturb" on the balcony entrance can solve the problem.

− its abit far from the city but also the heater waste working and Capetown can be col but the host explained why and we hd extra blankets so it was not a big issue.
