Rooms were neat and the beds were decent Garage door works Towels provided

− No glasses for cold drinks, only wine glasses All kitchen cabinet doors are falling of the hinges 1 Pots and 1 pan are so old and scratched and cannot be used unless you are prepared to scrub them for 1 hour after use Hot water for the bath and shower. Water flow rate is less than a drop a second for the bath and no hot water either No hot water for the kitchen Microwave did not work Stove gas burners are so clogged up it is unsafe to use and 1/2 of the burners do not work Braai facility stinks due to fat build up on burners and is unhealthy to use. Braai facility valves are all damaged and is not safe to use Every room has plugs and light that don't work Pain to beg the owner every day for a security boom access code to exit the complex

Not what we expected for the amount we paid

The location was great and close to other places to visit during the day. The Villa itself, we enjoyed the pool.

− The house was dirty. The microwave, and the oven didn't work. Loud noise when taps are opened or toilets flushed. Fireplace also not operational and it was a bit chilly so would have been nice to use. There was no TV we literally had to drive back home to Pretoria to fetch one at home. Internet is the worst. The place needs TLC, if attended to it can be a great stay. We also couldn't braai as the braai was so dirty it looked like the meat would get sick. Oh and the estate security is the worst

A great break away from busy Johannesburg.

We did not stay. The house was pest infested and the owner has refused to refund us our money.

NOTHING , we did not stay in the house because it was pest infested the bed had bed bugs and maggot on the walls. The head boards to the beds were so dirty. The sheets were not washed from the previous guest and the owner was racist from start to finish

− I have been scammed by the owner of this house , we couldn’t even stay the night as the entire house was pest infested , on top of that we had to sleep in the car at the near by garage with kids under 3 because of how dirty the entire house was. There were cockroaches in the fridge , the microwave was not working there was no TV as stated in the facilities report. The owner has refused to refund us our money as promised but has instead blocked our calls.

The estate it’s cool and beautiful

− Dirty, broken doors and non functional of microwave and iron. Cockroaches in the kitchen and old pots. The place was not worth the money I paid

The house is spacious, beautiful and I n a very secure area

− It could use better maintenance. The bedroom doors do not close, and the overall cleanliness of the property needs improvement. One of the guest bedroom toilets was leaking, and there were noticeable gaps in the door leading inside the house. These gaps allowed a lot of insects to enter, especially on rainy days.
