We stay here with family. So comfortable for my kids and nearly everything. Amazing view good breakfast. Magnifique villa for vacation .

The breakfast was very good and the location was great, right in the middle of the village and with a beautiful view to the south. The hostess Mary was very helpful.

− The upper bedroom strongly smelled like sewers and it was too cold outside to keep the windows open at night (April) making it unusable. Surprisingly the smell did not come from the shower/toilets. Similarly the kitchen bin smelled like a giant ashtray we had to wash it and leave it outside. The jaccuzzi is a bubbling swimming pool, not a heated bathtub. It is right in front of the street offering very little privacy and I have even seen random people washing their hands in it or even smoking while sitting on the window, leaving cigarette butts everywhere. One of the benches at the foot of the beds was broken and we almost hurt ourselves sitting on it. Similarly the hair dryer did not work.

− Stairs for upstairs bedroom needs a handrail…American coffee, pull down shade for plunge pool privacy

- L’emplacement : à deux pas du centre d’Oia, sans être dérangés par la foule du tout - La vue : incroyable, époustouflante, du matin au soir c’était magique - la déco, le lieu en duplexe, l’espace, la terrasse à l’étage : mémorables

− 1. organisation du petit déjeuner assez problématique -> livraison à 8h30 (horaire non modifiable) Devant la porte, à l’extérieur Donc obligation de se lever systématiquement à cet horaire Pas de possibilité de choix, nous avions deux enfants de 5 et 2 ans et aucun aliment ne leur a convenu (feuilletés épinards, fêta etc) —> il me semble qu’il faudrait prévenir le client en amont lors de la réservation de toutes ces modalités, à 620€ la nuit, nous aurions peut être réfléchi 2. Service de room service également problématique : passage entre 8h40 et 9h20 durant notre séjour Donc : nos enfants dormait N’est jamais repassé plus tard dans la journée par exemple J’ai donc fait le ménage moi même toute la semaine Mais problème principal : les poubelles n’étaient pas changées (alors qu’à Santorin il est impossible de jeter son papier toilette dans le WC……) 3. quelques vétusté (ex. porte du WC du RDC difficile à fermé et fait un bruit infernal à l’ouverture - se trouve dans une chambre donc délicat quand tout le monde dors)
