The place was in the centre of Oia, and Oia is really amazing, view was absolutely wonderfull, men who carried our stuff through tiny rows of Oia was very helpful and very friendful. Other staff was nice too.

− Everything looked old, very used and definetelly as not on picture. Jacuzzi was very old, tiny and dirty, as it showned up, when my son really went in. Earthquake left damages. Plug in was out so electricity was visible, lovely stuff from promo photos (lamps, table, chairs) were changed for old ones and steel table left dirty spots everywhere. On kitchen was something left (not sure if used chewing gume or the rest of material from maintenance), rwst of paint was left on chairs, table, plug ins, everywhere. Towels were old and creepy and smell very badly. Bed sheets had yellow spots on. I appreciated that we stayed only for one night, because I scared to touch anything. Even breakfast was not so nice as anywhere else. Eggs had weird color and coffee was the worst I have ever had. For other two nights we went to less busy and interesting area and new hotel was relieve. During our holiday we stayed on 3 islands in 4 places, where two of them were extremely clean, new and shiny. Such competition didn't help this comparison.

While the view is amazing, you fell you are not getting for what you pay for.

Amazing view. Breakfast taken to the room was good

− The place is not exactly what it looks in the pictures. The bathroom needs maintenance, it smells and it has a water leak. The jacuzzi is not at all how it is show in the pictures, it’s very small and in very bad condition. If by any chance you need internet, it doesn’t work at all. The communication with the hotel staff is via WhatsUp only so sometimes they just don’t answer. At the end of the stay when we provided feedback, the hotel staff offer free transportation to the airport but only in exchange for not doing a bad review. They told us that we if we accept the free transportation and still write a review, they will charge the amount back to our credit card. It felt like we were being blackmailed while offered a benefit in exchange of a good review, so we didn’t accept the “free transportation”.

Il soggiorno è stato pessimo, ma Oia è stupenda.

− Non si trova a Oia ma a Perivolas, non è una villa ma un ex mulino riconvertito, con un letto al primo piano e un bagno e un angolo cottura al piano terra, collegati da una scala a chiocciola strettissima che non consente nemmeno di portare sopra le valigie. Al piano terra se ci sono le valigie non c'è posto per te. L'attrezzatura della cucina è vecchia e usurata e il piccolissimo tavolo è scomodo. Non sono nemmeno venuti ad accoglierci. Il tassista che ci ha portato ha dovuto chiedere alle persone che si trovavano sul posto perché la proprietà non rispondeva al telefono e la porta ci è stata aperta dal proprietario del Market li vicino. La vasca idromassaggio è in ombra e priva di privacy perché sulla strada. La colazione internazionale ci è stata portata già pronta ed è stata poco soddisfacente. È una trappola per turisti.
