− Beach is not at 200 meters as the distance measured is arial I suppose. We had to travel by car to reach the beach. Should have been more specific in mentioning..we were looking forward to spend time walking down the beach.

10.0We had wonderful stay in this villa. It was well maintained. Its very stylish villa with lovely sea view. Its had big balcony. The swimming pool water was clean, Its child friendly also. The staff and caretaker was very polite and supportive as the villa is little far from the city. The food was tasty made by the chef. We will visit again.

10.0The villa was spacious, Beautifully designed and perfectly well maintained. The staff was very good and excellent in they work. They keep villa very neat and clean. The view was very good from the villa as its near by the beach. The caretaker Niraj and the manager was Supportive. Highly recommended this villa for families and the group of the people who is looking for a relaxing ad memorable stay in Goa.

1.0Booking.com is fake Had booked for 8 bhk villa . And it showed us 2 twin villa but it was only 4 bhk only 1 villa . Last min to search another villa was very difficult for us .
