A lovely exotic hideaway for a relaxing time with family! Close to everything but a perfect distance from tourist action for an exclusive private calm. For the adventurous, there are virtually endless things to do within a 5-20 min drive radius. All expected amenities are included and for those driving EV's there is a proper fast charger in the drive! Host was super pleasant and we hope to visit again soon!

Außergewöhnliche, inspirierende Location, genialer Garten und Pool, Einrichtung wundervoll, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Man fühlt sich wie in Bali in Bale😊 Traumhaft schön! Andreja ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, flexibel, offen & wir hatten das Gefühl bei einer Freundin zu Gast zu sein. Danke für alles!

Sehr schön und sieht noch besser aus als auf den Fotos! Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und man hat auch einen Zugang zu einem Strand.

Wonderful Villa and Host!

My family and I were very impressed with both the villa and our host, Andreja. Andreja’s hospitality before our arrival and during our stay was unmatched: she helped us to order takeout and make dinner reservations, she recommended activities and restaurants in the other cities we visited, and she arranged (on my behalf) for a local baker to deliver a birthday cake for my sister. Andreja and her family were staying at the villa next door. When we had trouble figuring out how to work the dryer or when we needed more towels or a coffee maker tutorial, she was there in an instant. Even though she was staying next door, you’d never know it. We had total privacy. The yard and all of the windows face away from the neighboring villa. Andreja was very responsive on WhatsApp and never dropped by without sending a message first to ask if it was okay. The villa was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Andreja has amenities throughout the villa, such as shampoo and body wash in the showers, extra toilet paper, laundry detergent, coffee, etc. The villa is also equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, washer, & dryer. There is a half bathroom off the kitchen, which was convenient for guests to use. Each of the three bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom, complete with rain shower. The mattresses, bedding, and pillows were all very comfortable. Each room also had its own air conditioning unit. The backyard had plenty of places to lounge around, as well as a large table with bench seating. The highlight of the yard was the covered pool, which felt so refreshing after a day walking around in the heat. The location of the villa was great. If you exit one direction it leads you to the main road, where you can then head to other parts of Istria, such as Rovinj or Pula. If you head the other way, you’re one block from the heart of Bale, with restaurants, cafes, and a store to buy snacks and drinks. We stayed at the villa for four nights, and our only regret is not staying longer.
