Villa Paola sullo scoglio♡

Very disappointing, needs renovation and for staff to respond to customers. Beautiful location

The location was beautiful. The beds and upstairs bathrooms were clean. The floors had just been moped.

− The villa is very tired, needs renovation, the entrance gates were broke so we couldn’t not drive down to the property, there is no shop on site as it says in the description, also you have to be physically able to stay at this property as the steps to the villa are steep and the entrance to the beach is down a narrow spiral staircase onto rocks not onto sand. The inside of kitchen cupboards were rusting and also utensils, cooking equipment too. Crumbs left in cupboard, coffee cups stained and dirty, not all the plug sockets were working one was sparking and we couldn’t light the cooker. Stairs to downstairs entrance to beach did not feel safe was also covered in rust. Tiles off the wall in the lounge area. bbq area outside was rusty and had grass growing out of it. I could go on! Staff did not respond when we asked for help. They also did not respond to Booking.com when they tried to contact them. We left the property as we had no way of cooking. Had to pay to stay somewhere else. Have had contact since. No refund or apology for the situation we were in.

If we travel to Italy we choose this Villa because it was the best time ever

We arrived way too late because of our chaotic trip and still were able to check in this beautiful Villa. we were so gratefully relieved and jumped directly after we packed out our stuff into the 4 bedrooms (which was a lot of storage) into the Tyrrhenian Sea, which was directly infront of the Villa. We were not bothered by any guests during the whole time and felt private. The inventory was more than complete and cooking felt really great in the kitchen with all this space. Everything was so clean and the stuff was always there for us even if we had problems. Great experience. If we travel to Italy, we will always choose this Villa.

La posizione incredibile sulla scogliera, sembra di essere in crociera! La terrazza sul mare ottima per mangiare fuori, per prendere il sole e guardare il tramonto.

La struttura è sul mare, quando si apre il portone del piano inferiore si è direttamente su uno scoglio a neanche 2 mt dall’acqua ed è perfetta per chi vuole stare al mare senza prendere la macchina…. La struttura ha anche un accesso privato condominiale per accedere alla spiaggia sottostante. La casa infine ha una spettacolare terrazza sul mare con una parte coperta da una grande tettoia per pranzo e cene guardando il mare!
