Great location
8.0Location was perfect, as it says 82 steps to the beach. The rooms were spacious. The shower in one of the bedrooms was a little small. We had a slight problem with using the washing machine, but it was soon rectified . A lovely outdoor area with a nice size pool. We had the whole place to ourselves, not sure there would be much of a pool area if each flat was occupied. The kitchen utensils were pretty spares. No coffee, tea etc left.
− The sofa was extremely uncomfortable. We only used it as a sofa. Not sure it was bigger enough or comfortable to be used as a bed.

7.0Perfect location close to the beach. Nice appartement.
− A very unpleasant smell was coming from the ground floor. This smell definitely did not come from the sea. I suspect a problem with the sewage system. We had to keep the windows open all the time, which was quite unpleasant during strong winds and when people from neighboring properties were doing garden work. Once this problem is resolved, I would rate it a "9".

Few Steps from Paradise beach!!!
9.0Location and the facilities are excellent. Quiet place that provides unmatched dark skies with glittering stars!! Lovely serene village!!!! Pringlebay is hidden gem town!! The host is marvelous with a kind generous soul! Thank you Shirley!!!!

1.0The property was not as advertised as a 2 bedroom villa. It was a 3 roomed flat let . The 3rd room being the kitchen and the lounge which was 1 x 2 seater couch

Great stay!
10.0We had a very good time! Were in the downstairs apartment which had two comfortable bedrooms both with a bathroom. Terrace front and back. Kitchen. Braai and a nice little pool in the shared backyard. Area is really nice and safe. Very short walk to the beautiful beach, like the name promises. Owners were really nice and friendly, and Shirley the manager was easy to reach, helpful, and everything went smoothly.
