Great quiet location. Close to the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia!

Spacious villa in a sleepy coastal town

Chia is a sleepy little town in the off season but that makes it very easy to get around. Not all restaurants are open and it was a little challenging on the first night to find a place for dinner. It was easier after we got the lay of the land. Villa Chia is very well located if you have a car but otherwise would be a long walk to the beach. The local beach is beautiful. There is a nice long distance view to the beach from the balcony which is well set up with table and chairs and a lounge. A nice place to stay.

− More attention to guest comfort would improve the experience. There was no soap in the bathroom or kitchen, no toilet paper and no plug for the kitchen sink.

La maison est moderne et joliment décorée. La vue sur la mer et la tour espagnole tout comme le ciel et sa lune est très reposante. L’emplacement est calme. La maison est très grande et confortable. La terrasse appréciable tout comme la douche extérieure. La maison est située à proximité des plages et supermarchés. Je faisais tout à vélo électrique ! Je reviendrais avec plaisir !

− La maison a été très compliquée à trouver car c’était mal indiquée. Surtout quand on arrive en bus avec ses valises à la main qu’il faut traîner avec soi. Deux petits points négatifs : tout d’abord, les produits d’entretien ne sont pas fournis (produit vaisselle, huile, sel, poivre, aluminium, sopalin, etc.), ce qui est dommage quand on reste seulement 4 jours. Et la chambre n’a pas de volets mais des rideaux. Finalement la lumière ne m’a pas gênée car je suis une lève tôt ! Et j’avais un masque si besoin. La porte d’entrée était difficile à ouvrir mais la propriétaire l’a fait réparer rapidement.

Casa spaziosa, ben arredata, pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort, comoda alle più belle spiagge a Chia e dintorni. La signora Morena molto gentile e premurosa nei nostri confronti. Anche i nostri due bambini (6 e 8 anni) sono stati entusiasti dell'appartamento e del posto!

− Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto.
