Fabulous villa with lots of funky spaces to chill!
10.0Fabulous villa for family or friends to share. We had 3 generations and my 87 yr old mum found the lift up to the villa a godsend as was the en-suite bedroom with disability accessible shower and toilet. All rooms had air con which was needed during a heatwave. The whole place is spotless and tastefully furnished. Kitchen well equipped and there was plenty of space around the large dinning table. The garden was beautiful with lots of shade and the pool was much needed . The villa is close to lots of amenities such as a bakery round the corner and lake beach five minutes away. Riccardo the owner was very helpful and sourced a wheelchair for only 20 euros hire per week. We loved everything about this villa and highly recommend it and the area Dongo! So pretty and much less touristy. You can hire a boat and drive up the river to Como and the sires around without the crowds!
− The only slight thing is the traffic noise - we live in a very small place in Devon so we’re not used to traffic, but I wouldn’t let this put you off

9.0Großer Garten mit Pool. Viele Liegen, großer Tisch zum draußen essen, viel Schatten durch große Bäume. 4 schöne Zimmer mit 3 Bädern, eines davon rollstuhlgerecht. Relativ kleine Küche aber dafür einen riesen Kühlschrank mit riesen Gefrierabteil. Ein megaguter Bäcker ist gleich um die Ecke, kleiner Laden nochn Stück weiter. Großes Einkaufszentrum am anderen Ende des Dorfes. Alles ganz wunderbar zu erreichen. Der See ist ca. 500 m weg, aber sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Große Bäume für Schatten, kleiner Imbiss dabei.
− Leider grenzt der Garten auf der Vorderseite an die Hauptverkehrsstraße, tagsüber fällt es nicht so auf, aber abends und nachts dringt der Verkehrslärm richtig durch.

9.0The place was very clean and comfortable. Even nicer than the pictures! Location is very good, if you want to use ferry or bus on your trip. Riccardo helped us with everything and gave us tips for our journey (e.g. nice taxi driver).
− The recycling of the waste was a bit complicated and there wasn't a working recycling system inside the house.

10.0Our group of friends had a wonderful stay at Casa Emilia. The house was well-equipped, spotless, and very spacious. Its location was also fantastic—right in the heart of everything. We would absolutely love to return in the future.
