Villa Natura - Family Villa near Dubrovnik♡

A wonderful warm welcome to Croatia for our first trip.

Great Villa, perfect location .. peaceful , private and well equipped. The swimming pool was excellent and we used it every day. 8 people, more than adequately homed for a week.

The villa has lots of space for a family of 8. It is all in top condition, and there's everything you need. Pool is specially good for kids, when the weather is hot. It is well away from the road, buts has some great waterside restaurants and bars about 1 mile away. There is a large patio area with dining table and chairs that gets a nice breeze through it and is covered over so really good to sit there in these very hot temperatures.

Not the best Quality. But as Dubrovnik is quite expensive, the price/value ratio is probably okay.

It is situated a bit outside, so when you have music on the pool and get louder in the evening it's no problem as there is nobody around. Sunbeds on the Pool are comfortable. Dining place got a big table and is covered in case of rain. (Although it looks like on a construction site; see on picture)

− Overall it looks much nicer on the pictures than it is. When we arrived and wanted to load the fridge it was dirty. So I spent the first 30 min of my Vacation with cleaning it. (We even found vodka of other guests) We even had some hairs on the floor and in the bedroom. Toilet on the upper floor was not working and got fixed without us being in the building with all our valueables there. Overall communication and cleanliness is not great. But it is an option to stay near Dubrovnik without paying the very high prices. So if you look for a functional accomodation I can recommend it. I guess it will be cleaner in the future as well, as the host learned to check more carefully. If you want to enjoy nature and get more value for your money I would recommend other parts of croatia where we had much better experiences with the houses.

Pool and terrace area were excellent. Plenty of space for the six of us. Great views.

− Location Ok but not quite as brilliant as we anticipated - noisy road and a good walk to the seafront/beaches House had no large jug or tea/coffee pot. No iron but did have an ironing board? No dish cloths/black bags for refuse. Broken glass on terrace and in pool when we arrived was also not good.

The Villa is lovely. We stayed in a group of 8, and it was plenty big enough for us. It’s in a small village with some great restaurants locally. It’s easy to get a taxi into the old town if you want to explore Dubrovnik. The host arranged a half day boat tour to a private island and this was fantastic.
